Interested in exhibiting at the 2011 conference?

Your exhibit offers more than branding and exposure because you get exposed to investors, entrepreneurs and decision makers in the oil and gas, environmental and renewable energy industries.  Below is all the information that you need to become an exhibitor and the necessary information to start planning for the conference. Note: The Exhibitor floor layout will be posted on the web site once arrangements have been finalized.

One registration ticket is included per station registered.

Exhibit Space

  • 20’ x 20’ or 10′ x 10′  tables
  • Signage with company name
  • Pipe drape as appropriate
  • (2) Chairs and (1) Wastebasket

Booth space will be assigned upon receipt of Registration Documentation and payment.

Refunds for cancellations requested more than 30 days before the event will be given in full. Cancellations between 16 and 30 days before the event will be refunded at 50%. After that date, no refunds will be issued. Any cancellations may substitute another person to take their spot without penalty. Those who pre-register without pre-paying and do not attend or who cancel late will still be responsible for paying for the registration, or whatever portion that would not be refunded, had it been pre-paid.

Print and mail or fax your exhibitor request, then send along with your payment. Once received, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
