There will be awards for the distinguished speaker given to a speaker who has been an outstanding speaker and shown dedication to the conference through her or his contribution such as helping find other speakers. The candidates are drawn from previous conferences and the winner is selected by the conference committee. The other award is the best paper award given to the paper best addressing the conference theme. These papers have been solicited from the academicians. The best paper is determined by a committee of peers from papers accepted for publication in the peer reviewed journal: The Journal of Global Commerce Research (ISSN 1946-7958 issued by the Library of Congress).
